Stayed at Metropole Bangkok and really enjoyed the experience. The hotel has a classic, elegant charm from the beautiful grand piano in the lobby to the warm wooden interiors. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and stylish décor that gave a mix of modern and vintage vibes. A great place to relax after a day in the city. Would definitely stay again!

前台服務態度非常好，也很積極幫忙解決問題，但酒店的衞生狀況確實需要改進。第一間房間進去時就有異味，床上有汗味，甚至還能看到前住客遺留的褲子。我躺在床上後，起身時身上出現明顯瘙癢，懷疑床鋪清潔不夠徹底。反饋給前台後，他們很快為我更換了房間，但遺憾的是，新的房間裡被套依然有破洞和血漬。前台人員還親自上來幫我更換床單，服務態度非常值得肯定。整體來看，前台的服務很用心，但酒店的清潔和衞生管理仍需大幅提升。

ホテル全體が美術館のように、絵畫・寫真がいたるところに施されていて趣がある。日本語での対応には難があるものの、不案內な點には、丁寧な説明をいただき、誠意が感じられる。落ちつぃた雰囲気の中で、ゆっくりくつろぐことができ助かりました。

Rustic looking hotel with clean room and great customer service from staffs, however not much choices for food nearby. On a side note, not as noisy as some shared when it gets to having a club/bar just directly downstairs.

太差了設施這些齊全就是樓上在裝修吵的我沒辦法睡覺有客戶的情況還在裝修那個電鑽聲搞的我很頭疼和他們反應也沒説什麼差評唯一一個滿意的就是有洗衣機

ประทับใจมาก ห้องกว้างขวาง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบมาก เตียงนุ่มนอนสบาย ไม่ไกลจาก BTS ทองหล่อ นั่งวินมอไซค์จาก BTS มาโรงแรม 25 บาทเอง อาหารเช้าก็อร่อย ตอนกลางคืนถ้าใครไม่อยากหาอะไรทานไกลๆ ทางโรงแรมก็เปิดเป็นร้านอาหารด้วย และเที่ยงคืนก็เป็นผับ EDM เราจองมาพักแค่ 2 คืน ประทับใจฝุดๆ นอนสบายยย

Very helpful staff first room the refrigerator was sounding so wishing to the next room all is good except the iron machine doesn’t work but they change to the new one the room quite oh but the bedding is great. The location is great.

โรงแรมนานแล้ว เล็ก 4 ชั้น บริเวณแคบ ที่จอดรถน้อย จอดหน้า รร กลางแจ้ง รปภคอยดูแล หาที่จอดให้ รวมๆแล้ว ราคานี้ ก็คุ้ม มีเครื่องซักผ้า ไมโครเวฟ เตารีด ครบแต่สะดวกสบาย ห้องน้ำมีอ่างนั่งแช่ด้วย บางห้องไม่มี ความสะอาดok แอร์ไม่ค่อยเย็น tv รุ่นเก่า wifiหลุดบ่อย พนักงานไม่เยอะ รร สำหรับนอนพัก เก็บของ แล้วออกไปเที่ยวชิลๆ

Great service from the night clerk Dee. Original room booked wasn’t as expected, was able to change to a suite. Was helpful, accomodating and welcoming despite a midnight check in. Informed hotel is going under renovations, and is a bit outdated. Serviced the purpose, good bedding and aircon. Be mindful there is a bit of noise, so be mindful if that’s an issue on lower floors. Close to river ferry for transport, take advantage of the short walk. I didn’t opt into breakfast.

Amazing location, amazing hotel to stay in , clean and big rooms , if you stay in this hotel you don't need to leave the property, there is a club ( chow ) , bar , food , drinks and everything inside.. but the best thing is the staff , this place has amazing staff , helpful, enthusiastic, respectful.. I can say each and every staff member is exceptional , especially " Dee " at the front desk .. I thought Dee is the hotel senior manager I'm not sure but under Dee's management this hotel is number 1 on my list whenever I visit bangkok
